I discovered a passion for food at a very young age. My professional career started at the age of 15 when I was working evenings and weekends around my school. Having pursued my passion for food since then I have owned and run various restaurants and pubs – always offering a high standard of food with seasonal influences.

I would like to now take what I have learned and cook from home where I can concentrate on small-scale volumes with quality and flavor being the focus.

I will be offering ever-changing dishes from my very own vegan and gluten-free Belgian chocolate brownies, and wild mushroom arancini to a cook-at-home Sunday roast! All packed with flavor and delivered to a restaurant standard.
