As for today, our topic will be on Vitamin-E. It’s known to be a scientific puzzle because there are many researchers until today, are still trying to figure out the main role of this Vitamin. Vitamin-E is known to act as an anti-oxidant which protects the cell membranes and also it helps repairing it. Vitamin-E also plays an important role when it comes to improving the immune system, it’s also important for the blood vessels as it helps in reducing blood clots.
As for the sources of Vitamin-E, it can be found in fruits such as Avocado, Mango, Kiwi, Blackberries, Dried Cranberries and Pickled Olives. You can also find it in Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pine Nuts, Peanuts, Brazil Nuts and Sunflower Seeds. Fun fact: Olives are actually fruits not vegetables, this will be another fun idea we are going to talk about in the future as there are many people who are always surprised when they find out about a vegetable that’s actually a fruit and vice versa.
