It’s actually a Myth. Vitamin-C is not a cure for common cold, but it does help in reducing the time of being sick but just for short periods of time. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have it because it’s not just extremely beneficial, it’s one of the quickest vitamins to be absorbed by the human body.
